Is there anything for the parents?

Yes, Monday and Tuesday there is a Parent Conference with activities the remainder of the week. The parent workshop is available in person and via zoom.

Should you bring sleeping bag?

Beds are size Twin XL you can bring a sleeping bag or sheets etc.

Camp Store?

There is a “camp store” where you can buy items ahead of time and pick them up the day of drop off. Additional directions are sent in emails.

Camp Theme Days?

They are usually posted on parent website/ sent in email approx. 2 weeks prior.

Are the Cabins Air Conditioned?

Yes

Do the kids keep their clothes in their suitcases, or do they have spots to put

them?

Kids keep clothes is suitcases/ trunk etc. There is a place for kids to hang a couple of things

Is there a way for my child to call us each night if he wants?

Phones and electronics are NOT allowed at camp. No news is good news! You can leave “mail” at check in and it will be delivered each day.

Do kids need a shower caddy?

Showers are inside the cabins, so it is up to you if want a shower caddy

What time is drop off?

Your drop off time will be posted when Cabin assignments are posted, approx. 2 weeks prior to camp. In general camp drop off window is 2-4pm and pick up is 10-12.

Covid test

Yes they are required. 24 hours before and can be a home rapid test. Proof of negative Covid test can take a picture with child’s name and birthdate in picture. Results can be uploaded in ACTIVE. Some families also opt to take the test while waiting in line at the gate and just show the test there.

Candy/Snacks in care packages?

No food. Non-food care packages are allowed. Suggestions: card games, glow sticks, fidgets, yoyo, Rubix cubes, Pokemon cards, colored pencils.

Will photos of camp be shared throughout the week?

Yes. They usually post a few a day on social media and then at the end of the week they send a link to see all the camp photos (if there is a photographer)

Can they bring small pool toys?

Yes.

How many bags do kids typically bring?

2- a large suitcase/ duffle bag/ trunk and a laundry bag that is filled with their blankets and sheets etc.

Do they need money?

There is no need for money

Will I get an idea of their schedule before we get to camp?

No. The counselors have them, you may be able to ask them once you there if you need it.

Is there an electrical outlet?

Yes

Can bring night light?
